Wireless Connections

1. Please make sure that all three cables are plugged into the correct sockets of the POE as shown in diagram. The cable that comes down from the roof (from the device on the roof and through your wall) needs to be plugged into the POE (Radio) port of the POE. The power adapter needs to be plugged into the DC (Power) port of the POE. Adaptör kablosu DC/Power girişine takılı olmalıdır. Last but not least the cable that plugs into your computer, access point, switch, or wireless router needs to be plugged into the LAN (Computer) port of the POE. |

2. Make sure that the power adapter that powers the device on the roof is functioning A functioning adapter is normally characterized as being warm to the touch. A dead or nonfunctioning power adapter will be cold. Make sure that the power adapter itself is receiving power. In case there has been a lock up of any kind that is normally a result of a change in the voltage please power down the power adapter, wait for 1 minute, and then power it back up. |

3. Please make sure that your LAN or WLAN connection is enabled. If there is a internet cable plugged into your computer then your LAN connection will need to be enabled. There are times when it may be disabled for some reason or another. If there is no cable plugged into your computer and you normally connect wirelessly to the internet through a wireless router or access point then please make sure that that your wireless adapter is on and WLAN is enabled. Please make sure that all cables are plugged into the corresponding ports as depicted in the image. |

ADSL Connections

1. Please make sure that all cables are plugged into the corresponding ports as depicted in the image. |

2. Please make sure that your modems power light is on. |
|
3. Check the status of the modems DSL/ADSL light. If the modems DSL/ADSL light is slowly blinking on and off please check your telephone cables. The main line in your house needs to be plugged into the "LINE" port of your splitter. This cable needs to be the first place where your phone line enters your house before it splits into more parallel lines. Your phone will need to be plugged into the "PHONE" port of the splitter and your modem into the "MODEM" port of the splitter. Please make sure that your phone line has not been disconnected due to any outstanding payments to the telecom. Also ensure that your phone line is working. |

4. Check your modems PPP/Internet light. If this light does not remain on please make sure that your DSL/ADSL light is on, if so then please power down your modem, wait for 1 minute and then power it back up. If your PPP/Internet light is still not on then you will need to make sure that your modems settings are ok. |
